Rediscovering Health Through Nutritional Therapy

In a world where quick fixes and fad diets dominate headlines, true health often feels elusive. But what if the key to wellbeing isn't found in the latest trend, but in understanding your own body?

I believe that your body communicates its needs through various signs and symptoms, and my role is to help you understand and respond to these signals.

Nutritional therapy isn't about restrictive diets or one-size-fits-all solutions. It's a journey of discovery – uncovering how different foods and lifestyle choices affect your energy, mood, and overall well being. Together, we'll translate your body's signals into actionable steps towards lasting health.

Hello lovely, I'm Kyndra!

Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.

(In the making.)

Whether you're grappling with persistent health issues or simply aiming to feel your best, nutritional therapy offers a path forward. It's not just about what you eat – it's about how you live, sleep, move, and manage stress. It's about seeing your health as an interconnected system and nurturing it holistically.

Curious about what your body is trying to tell you? I can't wait work together to decode its messages and boost your health.

My Approach: The Foundations of Health

My approach is built on what Nutritional Therapy calls "The Foundations of Health." These are the cornerstones of wellness that, when properly supported, allow health to flow naturally. They include:

Nutrient-Dense Diet

Whole, thoughtfully prepared, foods are a source of joy and nourish the body with the nutrients it needs to thrive.

Optimal Digestion

What we eat has little impact if we can’t digest and absorb the nutrients. Proper digestive function is essential for the health of every cell and system.

Blood Sugar Regulation

From energy balance, metabolism, and inflammation to hormone production and mental health, blood sugar regulation is crucial to maintaining wellness.

Quality Sleep

Adequate, quality sleep is essential for optimal physiological and cognitive function.

Stress Management

We cannot always control our stressors, but managing our response to stress has profoundly positive physical and mental impacts on health.

When these foundations are strong and balanced, they create a synergy that allows your body to thrive naturally. Think of them as the roots of a tree—when nourished properly, they support vibrant growth above.

My role is to help you understand and strengthen these foundations in a way that's tailored to your unique body and lifestyle. Together, we'll explore how each of these areas impacts your health and develop strategies to optimize them.

This approach isn't about quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. It's about creating a robust foundation for lasting health, giving your body the support it needs to function at its best.

My Path to Nutritional Therapy

Choosing Nutritional Therapy felt extremely spontaneous at the time, and now I couldn't imagine a more perfect journey for myself and my family. It just makes sense.

My whole childhood was a health struggle. I was in a constant battle of me vs my body, and I truly believed my body was broken. I would miss out on so much educationally and socially as a child because I would be too ill to leave my bed. That all change at 18 when my mom finally found a holistic practitioner, who found the root cause of why I had been endlessly struggling for so long.

The journey to healing my body was not a short one, it was very long. I had to change my lifestyle one habit at a time over many moons. I remember just a few weeks into changing my diet, and I went to my mom and told her "I didn't know I was supposed to feel good after eating a meal." My mother cried. Up until this point eating a meal was something that caused a lot of anxiety because there seemed to always be consequences to whatever I consumed.

Fast forward many years, all these changes became my normal. My love for whole nourishing foods and a holistic lifestyle continued to grow and evolve as I became a mother. Having our son in 2016, our first daughter in 2019, and our second daughter in 2022. I've loved instilling my own health wisdom into my own children, and see how they are so connected to their own bodies at such young ages.

In May 2026 I had what I like to call a "random shower thought". Out of nowhere I felt the pull to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. I woke my husband, and he immediately responded "you should, that'd be perfect for you". When I told my parents, my mom said "that's exactly God and I put you on this earth to do". My dad, the goof ball that he is, stated "take your weakness and turn it into a strength". Meaning that I suffered with my own health for so long, and I am now thriving. What a gift will it be to help others achieve that as well?

When I signed up for the NTA program, I felt instant imposter syndrome. I got so nervous and felt inadequate. The SAME DAY that I signed up for the program, one of my most trusted wellness influencers made a blog post, and I swear God had her write it just for me. She wrote:

I felt like Moses at the burning bush.

"Who am I to do this?"

& just like Moses - God didn't take the fear away.

He just said go.

I'll be with you.

Beyond My Practice

I spent the first 32 years of my life living in South-Central Alaska, where I worked 6 years as a professional photographer, but my main role since 2016 has been mother. In summer 2025 my husband and I decided it was time for a change of scenery. We made our way Norther Arizona with our three kids and our black kitty cat.

When my husband and I aren't spending time as entrepreneurs, we are taking our kids on endless adventures around the United States. We love to be on the move, and traveling from one adventure to the next. Whether it's a quick day trip to a new desert hike, a long road trip, or plane ride... count us in on exploring!

As for as me & my spare time - I love anything with intention behind it. You can probably catch me outside taking endless sunrise/sunset walks. Drinking a ceremonial grade matcha. & hanging out with the best mamas in our local mom group. <3
